A complete overview of our features can be found in our description of services. The prices listed here are valid for a duration of 24 months. A 12 months term is also possible (see step 3). The applicable price will be shown in your cart. After clicking the button "Order now", you will be redirected to the order overview. It is only then that you will be ordering and charged for your FundraisingBox. The tool will then be available to you within one business day at maximum.
One form means an online donation form. Each form can be both visually and functionally adapted, displayed in a desired language, and embedded in any website. A form is attached to a specified URL. That means you use the code snippet for one page on your website.
In one form an indefinite number of projects, such as drives or appeals, can be integrated and endless donations made. Similarly, countless project widgets can be created to be displayed on any web page to give an individual overview of existing projects. You can also display a live updating donation barometer if desired.
If you want to offer various types of forms (donation, memberships, etc.) for example in multiple languages, for split testing, or separate campaign donation pages where no project widget is necessary, you will need several forms.
If a form is no longer in use, it can be archived and a new one made available.
Users can log in separately (a unique e-mail address with personal password) and simultaneously work in the FundraisingBox to manage contacts and contribution data, as well as to create forms. If, for example, five of your colleagues are to access the FundraisingBox independently, then you need six users (including you as account holder). The price per plan includes the number of users displayed. The Pro version, for example, has 10 user accounts. The rate is therefore not per user, but for up to 10 individual user accounts.
Fundraising campaigns are the modern and contemporary variation of the old-fashion community fundraising. With this tool you provide your supporters with the opportunity to quickly and efficiently raise funds for your organisation on your website. The tool can be both visually and functionally adapted, displayed in a desired language, and embedded in any website. The functionality is linked to a specified URL and you can use the code snippet for that page only. An indefinite amount of fundraising campaigns can be created with one fundraising campaign tool and endless donations made. Likewise countless teaser widgets can be created to be displayed on any web page for an overview of existing campaigns, for example, only campaigns related to running on a campaign page for charity runs. If you want to create campaign tools in different languages, perform split testing, or create separate campaigns without using the teaser widget functionality, then you will need multiple fundraising campaign tools. If a tool is no longer in use, it can be archived and a new tool made available.
The term tracking refers to various different features with which you can directly gauge the success of individual campaigns. You can, for example, forward custom tracking codes to your forms and embed analytics codes in individual thank-you pages. In addition, you have the option to use and sort promotional codes for all relevant file types.
Here you have the option of implementing sophisticated integration solutions quickly and easily. Through various APIs (programming interfaces) you can, for example, integrate the forms in individual applications such as online charity shops. Aside from that, you can implement an automatic data synchronisation (export) with external back-office systems, existing databases, and other web services. Additionally you have in the Enterprise plan the option to book white-labeling and our Solution-Architect-Package.

If you select 24 months instead of 12 months, you save 20%. After the 24 months are up, the term is extended automatically by only 12 months at a time, but the discounted price remains. As such it is well worth booking 24 months from the start.

Click on the "Order now" button. You will then be taken to the booking overview with your desired plan, the contract information and the General Terms and Conditions. After entering your data, you can conlude your binding booking of the FundraisingBox. A confirmation will be sent to you immediately by e-mail. Your FundraisingBox will then be available to you the next working day at the latest. You will receive a separate activation e-mail. The price is exclusive of VAT and is to be paid 12 months in advance.
The transaction fee is only applicable to transactions where a payment extension of the FundraisingBox is used as payment method (donation option). Depending on the plan you choose, the amount is 0.3% or 0.5%, plus the currently valid VAT. These fees will be charged on a quarterly basis.
Yes, upgrading is possible at any time.
You can downgrade after the end of your contract term.
You can make changes with just a few clicks in your FundraisingBox.
Advance payments will be proportionately deducted and credited.
